When you order mounts or frames, the checkout will calculate the guaranteed P&P based on your order - we send by insured and tracked delivery to ANY UK delivery address at the above rates* We have cut your mounts from brand new board, and made your custom frames specially for you. You want them to arrive in good condition, so do we. So we do spend time packing them carefully. Our carriers FedEx (ANC) are the best in the business, known worldwide for reliable delivery and customer care. Smaller orders are shipped recorded delivery by Royal Mail, signed for and insured. For peace of mind these are trackable online. If your order does not arrive, we will replace it or refund you. It is as simple as that VAT.
