UK Orders over £40 to Zone 1 (dark blue) are normally sent by FedEx.

Other zones usually by recorded delivery or parcelforce express or 3B carriers depending on size. (ROI) please call to see if we can ship. Larger orders to some of mainland Scotland's Highland areas are often also shipped FedEx. We do our best to always use the promptest and most appropriate delivery method.

When processing your order our web site will ask for a contact phone number in case of any delivery problems, locating your address, or arranging redirection/redelivery (for example to your workplace or to a neighbour)

up to £25     = 5.95 

up to £50    = 7.95

Up to £125   = 9.95 

Orders over £125   =  free

Standard UK delivery times apply. Delivery is by Fedex, or for smaller orders Recorded Delivery. UK islands and the Isle of Man is at standard UK rates and we'll usually send these by recorded, Parcelforce express, or 3B rather than FedEx.  If you have a small order (under approx £40) and require fedex delivery we can arrange this in Zone1 (Dark Blue) for an additional £3.  Please phone or email after you have ordered

When you order mounts or frames, the checkout will calculate the guaranteed P&P based on your order - we  send by insured and tracked delivery to ANY UK delivery address at the above rates*

We have cut your mounts from brand new board, and made your custom frames specially for you.  You want them to arrive in good condition, so do we. So we do spend time packing them carefully.

Our carriers FedEx are the best in the business, known worldwide for reliable delivery and customer care.

Smaller orders are shipped recorded delivery by Royal Mail, signed for and insured.  For peace of mind these are trackable online.

If your order does not arrive, we will replace it or refund you. It is as simple as that
