European delivery service rates are added on to our standard domestic delivery charges shown below which are based on the size of your order.  Over £150 is free delivery

Orders up to £5     3.95    plus Eurozone1 or Eurozone2 charge
Orders up to £50		5.95	plus Eurozone1 or Eurozone2 charge
Orders up to £150		9.95	plus Eurozone1 or Eurozone2 charge
Subject to UK  VAT - all orders are shipped as "GB VAT PAID"   (VAT rate is currently  is 17.5%) VAT calculated at checkout

Please note that we are very pleased to deliver to all our friends in the EU,  but our first language is English!  Telephone Mon-Fri 10-5 pm (UK time) 01736 330887. We are also happy to take a card payment by phone.

Depending on your location and the size of the order we may use euro-road service or FedEx. All our delivery carriers are fully insured with proof of delivery (signature). If we are able to ship quickly by air mail (only for very small orders) we will do so and refund the excess delivery charge.

Delivery times are in working days (Monday to Friday) and are subject to the national holidays in your country or ours.  This is the time it takes to ship your completed order from us to you.  It still takes us the normal time to turnaround your order (typically 1-4 days for mounts, 1-10 days for frames) before we pack it and ship it, so please allow reasonable time. 

Consignments are packed in maximum 30kg units, so large orders may contain more than one box, which will be delivered together as one consignment.
