breakages of glass in transit, frames are custom made as ordered. Normally
despatched within 1 to 3 days, but please allow a week. p&p £3.95 any
size order added at checkout. Delivery method will vary depending on weight
of total order. Smaller orders usually sent by recorded RM, larger orders by
insured and signed for carrier service.

edge of the frame inside -see below
Timber grain and patterns always vary. we
will always try to match up frames sent together, but cannot guarantee the
pattern of the wood grain and colouration will match on repeat orders
because this is a natural wood product it may be slightly darker or lighter
than the examples shown. This is the charm of natural timbers. But we do
guarantee that all ash frames will be knot-free -see below.

We always give you the right
fittings for your weight of frame, and even put pilot holes in the right
places to make it easy for you in harder woods like ash
Flexible tabs simply bend back to
remove the back, and then hold it securely in place again when you have
fitted your picture (Display frames and medal cases will have different
fastening methods)
