Specifications: Solid American  Tulip Wood/Poplar,  a light  creamy colour and generally knot-free timber. Looks great as a plain timber finish, or polished. You can stain the case yourself, or we can supply ready polished. Glazing is highest quality 2mm picture float glass (styrene acrylic glazing is available at no extra charge on request). backs secured with spring clips

These frames are made to the same standards as our sports shirt display frames, and have a good space inside (25mm) to take almost any medal, badge etc, as well as many other 3d objects and collectibles (spoons, fishing flies, memorabilia or 3D items)

We can make display frames in any custom size, and for medals - order mounts at the same time, or special mounts from our custom mount shop

These frames have a plain timber spacer, or you can order optional colours for the spacer.

They are supplied with a foamcore® backing for easy attachment of the medal or other items. This can be pinned onto or sewn through, as desired.

You may also choose mount options in many colours, and also a coloured mountboard back

These cases will stand quite comfortably, or can be hung on the wall. The backs are easily removable with only two spring clips, which hold the back securely in place but still allow easy access to the items inside.  We also  supply you with the fittings and cord to hang on the wall, which you can fit yourself quite easily (small screwdriver required)

Most of the medal cases will be supplied with the "D-Ring" type of fitting shown below (centre) which you fit yourself,  but you can request a screw-eye type fitting if you prefer.   If ordering the optional styrene acrylic glazing it is supplied with protective plastic sheet  which should be peeled off.

Spares, re-glazing etc

No worries if you break the glass -the spacer slip is completely removable, it simply slides out from the back, so if you do need to replace the glass in the event of an accident, or scratch the styrene glazing you can do so easily. We can supply replacement glass or styrene acylic glazing for any of our standard frames for a nominal £1 (plus our standard P&P) just email us and we will send an email invoice from which you can pay by paypal using a credit/debit card.  pictureframer @ gmail .com
