customers orders are placed on the workshop job lists as they come in. We
value all our customers equally. As members of the Fine Art Trade Guild we treat
all our customers according to the codes of practice and customer care expected.
when you call we will try and deal
with your order as quickly as possible. For telephone orders we have listed only
items in stock or which can be made immediately for prompt delivery. Please
allow 1-3 working days for mounts, 1-7 working days for frames.
privacy and security: we do not store any credit card details.
we do not share your telephone number, email address any personal details or
billing address with third parties except the delivery agents (carriers).
All card transactions are by secure electronic terminal and the transaction
is processed while you are on the telephone or present at the shop counter.
A written record is kept of your delivery address and postcode in the event
of any delivery problems.
Depending on your location we will use: ANC next-day carriers (UK Mainland
excluding highlands) some locations will be serviced by Amtrak®, City Link®
or Royal Mail domestic service (Highlands and Islands) some Highland and
Island deliveries can take an extra day depending on your local services.
Smaller UK orders are sent by Royal Mail standard or Royal
Mail parcels with proof of sending always obtained.
