How can I pay? All major credit and debit cards processed for us securely by Paypal (owned by Ebay®). Nobody
else, including us, sees your card details, Paypal is the most secure way of shopping
online using your credit card or debit card. If you have never used PayPal, the
registration is very simple and quick, and can be completed as part of your order from us
once you have clicked the button.
When will I receive my order? All
original paintings are sent fully insured, larger items collected from our premises by
Amtrak or local carrier and delivered to your door, usually by overnight service. All
smaller mounted prints and other items are sent by Royal Mail, registered or recorded
delivery as appropriate. All orders are processed at the end of the day they are
received for packing and despatch within 48 hours. Royal mail usually takes one or two
days, Amtrak overnight to 2 days, depending what time the order leaves our premises.
Security Never
send us your card details by email! The only way we personally accept your card is over
the counter in the gallery by electronic terminal, or you can shop with us online via our
authorised account with PayPal. This is the most secure way for you to shop online. You
pay PayPal, they pay us. We never see your card details.For your peace of mind we are an
established business, members of the fine art trade guild (check us out on their website,
or by telephone), and approved merchants with the Royal Bank Of Scotland. We welcome your
telephone enquiries (see contacts page) and your enquiries by email or fax. You are always
welcome to call at our gallery, no appointment necessary, during normal business hours
(Monday to Saturday, 10-5)

As well as all major credit and debit cards online, we also take them in our shop,
plus (of course) cheques and cash (including dollar/euro at current rates with no
surcharges) We are a long established business with a good reputation. We also work
for local museums, artists hanging in the Royal Academy and Royal Society, airlines,
shipping companies, well known westcountry artists and have a very large number of local
