Fantastic thank you.  The mounts were wrapped very securely, excellent, and were just what I hoped for and the special offer of 50 conservation/acid free mounts were in excellent condition. Sometime special offers are not so good, but the mounts were lovely. All I need now is to work out what size mount for an A4 picture frame – hint hint  >>  (297 x 210mm :) << - and I’ll be well away ordering some more mounts and tapes - once I’ve fathomed out the best type for sticking the backing board to a frame. I am reading up on your info about tapes – great web site!

We bought 3 small, cheap water colour sketches from a gallery and did not want to spend a fortune on getting them framed. We bought Ikea frames that came with mounts that fit one picture that was to be gift, but the other 2 were considerably larger than the apertures.
I thought that there must be places online to buy custom mounts so Googled and looked at a few sites. Some were very expensive and others did not offer a custom service. Eventually I found your site and placed my order, after phoning to ask about colours.
I am pleased to tell you that the mounts are perfect, they make each picture look great and so the cheap frames look considerably better and more expensive than they are.

Just wanted to say thanks for the speedy turnaround of the mounts I ordered on Monday. They arrived today. They are perfect and exactly as ordered. I spent 2 afternoons trying to cut my own with a small cutter I used in my college days, but they were far too small and fiddly for me and I wasted a lot of board (and energy). Received my name frame. It was a present for a birthday and the service was really quick so I got it in plenty of time.
