Just opened my wonderfully well-wrapped frame and wanted to say how pleased I am. The frame is perfect, the packaging incredible (best I've ever seen); all in all, a great experience. your website yesterday for a custom made A3 size mount with
6 cut-outs in. As with all ordering over the Internet I was
a little cautious with what I would get and when I'd get it,
but the postman knocked my door this morning at 7.30am with
a parcel from you. Once opened, I found my

perfect for what I want it for and I'm very pleased indeed

I found ordering online really quite straightforward and liked the fact that I could order some mounts in inches and some in millimetres or centimetres depending upon the frame I was using. I received my order really quickly and was pleased to see that you had used your initiative and sent me a substitute colour for a mount where you didn't have the colour in stock. I then discovered that one of the mounts was not the right size and phoned you on the number provided, you responded really positively and I received the replacement mount on the next working day. Excellent delivery time and very good quality mounts - very pleased with purchase Great service. Very quick delivery. Just what I need for framing my small pictures :) Item arrived on the 10th, estimated delivery was 12-16th so I was well chuffed! As for packing it took me about 10 minutes to actually get into the item so 10/10 for robust packaging!! I had thought the p+p was a little expensive but when you get a service like this it was well worth it. Thanks :) Last Thursday I ordered 40 mounts, back boards and envelopes and I would just like to say thank you (to Suzie in particular) for organizing their speedy delivery. arrived safely. Excellent service and mounts are fantastic. I ordered several different sizes of the special offer savers packs and was really pleased with the quality of the product. The delivery took just 3 days and there was no problems when delivering to a different address. you. The mounts were wrapped very securely, excellent, and
were just what I hoped for and the special offer of 50
conservation/acid free mounts were in excellent condition. Sometime
special offers are not so good, but the mounts were lovely. All I
need now is to work out what size mount for an A4 picture frame –

My dad ordered some
custom cut mounts for me and I just wanted to thank you for the the
incredible service. I needed them promptly and they were dispatched
the day after ordering so I got them in essentially the next working
day. I really am SO grateful and impressed, the mounts are
fantastic. We bought 3 small,
cheap water colour sketches from a gallery and did not want to spend
a fortune on getting them framed. We bought Ikea frames that came
with mounts that fit one picture that was to be gift, but the other
2 were considerably larger than the apertures. My order has just arrived and I wanted to let you know how impressed I am! I ordered a custom mount and it's absolutely fantastic! The mount has been very well cut and really has a professional look to it.
